INFORMATION
CONSIGNMENT TERMS
Consignments will be accepted from 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM at the auction site on the day of sale
Consignment rate is a flat 20% on all lots
Determination of acceptance of items for auction will be made by staff before being placed in the room for sale
Consignors are responsible for removing all unsold items at the end of the sale
We will not store items following the auction nor accept consignments for storage prior to the auction
Consignors agree not to bid directly or indirectly on their consigned items
Consignments will be lotted to encourage a $10 opening bid. No items will be sold for less than $5.00
Payments will be mailed on the day following the auction
On occasion there will be table lots selling as an entirety after buyer's choice for individual items at a $10 opening bid
PURCHASES
There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to the final bid price
Massachusetts sales tax of 5% will be charged on the total price
Exemption forms must be filed with us prior to the auction to avoid paying sales tax
APPRAISALS
We can provide free estimates for items being consigned to auction
Estate and insurance appraisals can be contracted separately with the auctioneer who is an appraiser of personal property

S.O.S. ORGANIZERS
We are using our years of experience in sorting through houses and adding services to help people organize their homes, get rid of clutter, and simplify their lives. We can sort, organize and arrange as well as suggest the best ways to dispose of items.
